zaydoun, option 2 seems interesting, whats the ROI with God? I know mortals who can give me 20% back, so Im assuming its multiplied by a million...right? ;P
I called the red crescent and ask if there is any volunteer work to be done? If they need people to help and so on, the guy on the phone was the most uninterested secretary ever, basically told me he doesnt know and to call later next week! Whoever is answering the phone should know this info, no?
Anyway, Im with you on the donation to the tsunami, I think its a shame that Japan donated 500mil, Kuwait on the other hand donates 10mil, in its best year ever in terms of surplus!?
And whats worse....where the hell is the private sector????

Q Dear , this is kuwait nothing can work through the telephone you should go by your self and
insist on being part of the group and
be isolated from the teenagers (the volenteers) to get some actual work

I already donated to the tsunami relief effort, so I guess this is a reimbursement of sorts. My bank just sent me an SMS alert about some mystery fund transfer entering my account. This must be it :)
